- Customers are required to inform SILKYLICIOUS of any defective items within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance that the product was received in good condition.

- Delivery fee will be calculated and deducted from the refund amount.

- Refunds will be issued to the same credit/debit card used for the original online purchase. If the payment was made via COD (Cash or Card on delivery), the refund will be provided as a store credits.
