If a piece isn't right for you, we accept returns under the conditions below.

How long you have

Customers in the UAE and the GCC have 7 days from the day the order is delivered. Customers everywhere else have 14 days.

What we accept

We refund an item returned within that window, provided it comes back:

in its original packaging
unworn, unused and undamaged
with the original tag still attached

Items bought in the Clearance Sale are final. They cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

How to start a return

Write to us on WhatsApp at +971 55 674 2658 or email contact@silkylicious.com before your return window closes. Give us your order number and tell us what went wrong. We will confirm the return and send you the address to ship to.

Return shipping

If you changed your mind or the piece did not fit, you pay to send it back to us. Please use a tracked service, since we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged on the way back.

If we sent you a faulty item or the wrong piece, we cover the return shipping ourselves.

Refunds

When your parcel reaches us, we check it against the conditions above. If everything is in order, we refund your original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank may need another 5 to 10 days to show the money on your statement.

Orders paid by cash on delivery are refunded as SILKYLICIOUS store credit.

Original shipping charges are not refunded.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

We check and film every order before it leaves us, so it should reach you in perfect condition. If it doesn't, send us photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the piece or refund it in full, and we pay for the return.
